Infra-Red Imagery Sensors

Two different technologies are used for the fabrication of the IR imagery sensors, allowing a very large kind of applications:

  • QWIP Focal Plane Arrays (384 x 288 pixels & 640 x 512 pixels)
    • MWIR (3-5 µm)
    • LWIR (8-12 µm)
    • VLWIR (12-20 µm)
    • Bispectral (MW/LW & LW/LW)
    • Polarimetric
  • SWIR Detection Modules (320 x 256 pixels & 640 x 512 pixels) (see the datasheet) more
    • Visible extension (0.4 - 1.7 µm)
    • APD coming soon
